You can revoke a new subscription within 14 days of purchase according to the Rights of Withdrawal for Consumers in our Terms and Conditions. This is exclusive to consumers and does not apply to contract renewals.
If you would like to revoke your subscription, your request must be sent via email to email@example.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include your email login and customer ID number. A confirmation will be required after your initial request. Once your withdrawal has been confirmed, any Dynamic QR Codes will be deactivated.
If a withdrawal request comes after 14 days of your initial purchase, it will not be accepted. However, the contract can be canceled for the end of the billing cycle and will not renew.
Note that canceling in your account only cancels your subscription renewal. It is not the same as a withdrawal.
