You can revoke a new subscription within 14 days of purchase according to the Rights of Withdrawal for Consumers in our Terms and Conditions. This is exclusive to consumers and does not apply to contract renewals.

If you would like to revoke your subscription, please send your request via our 'Contact Form' within 14 days of your purchase.

A confirmation will be required after your initial request. Once your withdrawal has been confirmed, any Dynamic QR Codes will be deactivated.

If a withdrawal request comes after 14 days of your initial purchase, it will not be accepted. However, the contract can be canceled at the end of the billing cycle and will not renew.

Note that canceling your account only cancels your subscription renewal. It is not the same as a withdrawal.
