An account user is the total number of users you can have in one account.
The number of users for each plan is as follows:
Starter Plan: 1 user (you)
Advanced Plan: 3 users (you + 2 additional users)
Professional Plan: 6 users (you + 5 additional users)
If you are the account owner, you can add or remove and change their user permissions.
