If you’re having trouble saving your QR Code, it could be due to one of the reasons below:

  1. You’re using a mobile device, specifically iOS. We recommend using a desktop or laptop instead.

  2. You’re using emojis in the template or the YouTube title. Currently, our software does not support the use of emojis, and any changes won’t save if they’re used. Make sure to remove any emojis. In the case of Video QR Codes, make sure there are no emojis in the YouTube title.
