If you paid for a subscription and your QR Codes aren’t working, even after your account has updated, you’ve likely upgraded the wrong account.

To check if you’ve upgraded the wrong account:

  1. Check your account dashboard to see if there are any QR Codes. If not, you likely created more than one account and upgraded the wrong one.

    1. Please submit a withdrawal request for the incorrectly upgraded account and upgrade the correct account if known.

    2. If the correct account is not known, check the short URL of your inactive QR Code. Then, use the support form located in your account under Features & Pricing to get in touch with support. Please provide the short URL of the QR Code. If you’re unsure how to find the short URL, take a look at this helpful article.

  2. If there are QR Codes in the account, compare the short URLs to make sure your inactive QR Code is in the account.

    1. If you can’t find the QR Code with the corresponding short URL in the account, then you’ve upgraded the wrong account.

      1. Please submit a withdrawal request for the incorrectly upgraded account and upgrade the correct one.

      2. If you’re unsure what account your QR Code is located in, please use the support form located under Features & Pricing in your account to get in touch with support. Provide them with the short URL of the QR Code that is not working.

    2. If the QR Code is in your account, make sure it’s not paused. If it’s not paused and still isn’t working, please use the support form located under Features & Pricing in your account to get in touch with support.
