If you tried scanning one of your Dynamic QR Codes and saw a message saying: “The QR Code Campaign has been disabled for some reason.”, there are two reasons to consider:

1. Your free trial expired

If your free trial expires, your QR Codes will remain saved. To reactivate them, upgrade your account.

2. Your QR Codes are blocked due to an unpaid invoice

If you have an overdue invoice, you can pay it in the billing section of your account. Upon payment, your QR Codes will be reactivated within several minutes after your account has been updated.
